I need assistance getting approval

We are accredited certifiers and can approve deemed-to-satisfy  development providing an alternative to the council assessment pathway. 

​

For Council assessed applications we work with you at the early design phase to ensure your application gets approval with minimum hassle. 

​

We can assist at any stage of the planning process, including Council requests for information (RFI’s), responding to public notification submissions, appearing before the Council Assessment Panel and assisting with appeals to the Environment, Resources and Development Court.

I’m wanting to rezone land

We undertake investigations, community engagement and prepare all Code Amendment documentation to change the zoning of land (with the agreement of the Minister). 

​

In undertaking Code Amendments we project manage inputs from a diverse range of allied professionals to facilitate planning approval, including infrastructure and services, site contamination, geotechnical, surveying, ecology, heritage, architecture, arboriculture, traffic, waste water, hydrology and more.
